Career Clusters — ‘What’s the Plan?’

The Career Clusters booklet “What’s the Plan?” presents an overview of how the Career Clusters framework can help educators connect students with their career interests and plans. The Career Clusters framework is intended to provide a learning environment in the context of career development and planning, aligned with state and national standards for academics and career preparation. This booklet serves as an introduction to the framework for all involved: educators, students, parents, business people and community members.

Education leaders are encouraged to use the booklet when introducing Career Clusters to fellow educators and when speaking to parents, community members and business people about Career Clusters. School should begin implementation planning before presenting information about Career Clusters to the public. Educators seeking professional development to introduce Career Clusters should contact the Missouri Center for Career Education.

If you would like copies of the booklet, visit the MCCE Printed Materials Order Form.
